Ealing D has had a good start in TVCL’s Division X. Division X is a non-competitive division whose main purpose is to give some players experience in playing league chess. There is no promotion or relegation from this division. However, all games are still rated.

Our juniors on Boards 1 and 2 did well. Jagat put up a solid defence against a player who was rated 70 points higher than him. Although Caelan lost, he played well against a player who was rated more than 200 points higher than him.
