A match between St Paul’s and Ealing Chess Cadets took place at St Paul’s Primary School in Brentford on 18^th March, 2024. Mr Wright, the headteacher of the school, welcomed us all as we occupied one of their main halls.

We had 15 cadets playing against pupils from St Paul’s. We played three rounds that lasted a maximum of 24 minutes each. We awarded two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a loss. The team points were added at the end of each round. I am very proud to say that Ealing Cadets won all three rounds and therefore the match. Well done cadets!!
